Reusable Facial Wipes

How about showing ourselves and the planet a little love with these reusable facial/make up wipes? I have stitched these up very quickly on the sewing machine but they could be made quite easily by hand if you don’t have a sewing machine.

Foundation Paper Piecing Templates for Hearts

These patterns can be used for foundation piecing and have a variety of purposes. There are two designs to choose from. A backing fabric could be added to the completed hearts and then stuffed lightly to make hanging decorations as in the photo or alternatively a fusible interfacing and backing added would make a lovely coaster or mug rug. The hearts could be appliqued to clothing or added to quilts so the possibilities are endless. I hope that you find them useful.

Ocean Adventures Quilt

This quilt has been stitched in fabrics from the Ocean Adventures fabric collection designed by Lisa Dolson for PBS Fabrics. It’s an ideal quilt/throw to take to the beach for a picnic with all the beautiful seaside motifs and patterns reflected in the fabrics.
This is a speedy quilt to stitch with lots of squares and triangles but the great thing is that a secondary pattern emerges with clever fabric placement.

Fabric Notebook

Delightful fabric covered notebooks make personalized gifts for family and friends. This notebook cover is embellished with appliqued hearts and buttons but could be personalized with a design to suit the recipient. The really good thing about a cover is that once the notebook has been used, the cover slips off and can be used on the next one!
