This EPP project has been going for 5 years now and is one of those projects that I pick up and put down when I feel like it. I haven’t really been bothered that it has been taking so long as I have been enjoying the process however I have decided that I really must get it finished this year and perhaps start something new! I love the scrappy nature of this but somehow I still seem to have a zillion scraps. This has been an ongoing project for some time now but I’ve finally managed to finish it. It uses a folded patchwork quilt as you go technique. Some of the units are just fabric but others have appliquéd or quilted motifs and there is a little EPP and Italian corded quilting too. Roding Quilters were all in a swirl yesterday when they stitched up a storm in my Scrappy Swirls workshop. While the stormy weather raged outside everyone beavered away on their blocks. Lots of great colour combinations were used and every block was different.
