If you have ordered a PDF pattern your files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. This may take a few minutes. Digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact info@patchworkpatterns.co.uk if you have problems with your order.
The quilts for sale are posted free of charge using Royal Mail tracked services. I am unable to post quilts outside of the UK. Should you not be delighted with your quilt I accept returns. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
