The flying geese are all stitched together and now added to the quilt. Think I might add an applique row next. Perhaps some flowers?

I have added another round to my Medallion quilt. I don’t seem to be able to make a quilt without adding a few triangles. I love a triangle! I have added a border of flying geese to the quilt and have used the colours and fabrics randomly.

It is so lovely to see signs of Spring breaking through and some little clumps of snowdrops have appeared in my garden. They are such delicate little blooms but always a joy to see. For World Book Day, I thought that I would share with you my most recent book purchase. This is “Quilting With Liberty Fabrics” written by Jenni Smith. It is a hardback book in a slip on case with 224 pages of content.The book contains a little history about Liberty and then history of the fabrics.
